One October it was too foggy to see Japan
My marriage past its due date - expired
the fridge died
I got pink eye
crunched the numbers
went to Vancouver
cried on the street
wasn’t really sad
locked all the doors
didn’t care what happened
bought some too good wine
went to work
found a handyman
discovered Kintsugi
installed Hockey apps on my phone
Chicago cousins & Wells friends showed up
bought a new fridge with french doors
It was too foggy to see Japan
